Hibiscus English Boarding School, Dharan +2 Science Law conducted an Oratorical Contest 2023 in the collaboration with Global Forum for Teacher Educators in the chairpersonship of Bijay Sing Thebe (Founder V.P of HEBS/ Official Member of GFTE) and in the presence of today’s chief guest madam Parbati Limbu (Founder Principal of HEBS). The theme of this program is to forward the voice of our students and have positive impact globally under different topics.
