To break the monotony of regular activities, we Hibiscus English Boarding School, Dharan +2 Science Law set off on a trail – a short hike to Tree House Resort Dharan. Each student and teacher brought their own dish to share in the hike. We got to taste a variety of foods and learn about different flavors and baking skills. We combined the joy of hiking with the food which is a fundamental part of human life, our culture, ethnicities, and our values. Preparing a potluck hike is a great way to work as a community and celebrate diversity through food.
