Hibiscus English Boarding School, Dharan +2 Science Law successfully conducted the selection round for World Championship Oratorical Contest 2023 in the collaboration with Dharan City Optimist Club Optimist International Nepal in the Chairmanship of the Program Coordinator Sir Bijay Sing Thebe (Founder Vice Principal of H.E.B.S). The competition was conducted for the Basic and Secondary level (Class 6-11). The topic of today’s Oratorical Contest was “Discovering the Optimism within Me”. The result will be published tomorrow in the Morning Assembly in the presence of Chief guest of the program Sir Bijay Sitaula (President of Optimist Dharan City Optimist Club/ Former National Vice President of JCI Nepal) and members of Dharan City Optimist Club.
